Depth of Knowledge
One of the benefits of previously working in Property Management is that it gives me a deeper understanding of our town, the properties, the highlights and pitfalls people need to be aware of when they are considering buying in certain areas, and I can guide their decision making. I won't make choices for them, but am always up front if I feel they are heading in the wrong direction or won't be happy in the longer term with their choices.
